SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders (2-3 working days). Free shipping only applies to orders being delivered to an address on the UK mainland where the address is not classed as a premium or remote postcode.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping from £3.49. The cost of expediated delivery is based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at the checkout.
Order Cut Off Time
Our order cut off time is 12pm lunchtime. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Premium and Remote Addresses
We reserve the right to charge for deliveries to addresses classed as remote areas. If we choose to charge for delivery to these addresses, the cost of shipping to these areas will be displayed at the checkout and is based on the weight of the order and the postcode of the delivery address.
Postcodes beginning with, but not limited to, the following are classed as remote or premium postcodes (BT, ZE, IM, HS, IV, KW, GY, JE, BF, HA4 6DQ)
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If you ordered an item with an installation service included in the order, the installation and removal costs will not be refunded to you unless the item or installation is faulty, and those faults have been caused by actions for which you are not responsible. Even if an item or installation have faults over which we have full control, you must allow us 30 days to correct any faults before a return for a used or installed item will be allowed.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@hometex.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your
return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your
return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Faulty Items are eligible for return upto 30 days after being purchased.
